Your first visit is a chance to ask questions and get to know Melia or a member of the Plumerian nursing team. You do not need to arrive with a treatment chosen.
Before you arrive
Make a short note of the concerns you would like to discuss and the questions you want answered. Have details of your current skincare, medicines, allergies and previous treatments available for your nurse. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines without advice from your treating clinician.
If you are unsure about preparation, accessibility or anything in your booking confirmation, contact the team before your appointment. Follow the individual instructions provided for your booking.
Finding the clinic
All appointments take place at 1 Clarence Street, Bentleigh East VIC 3165. Look for the Plumerian Aesthetics sign above the arched entrance. Our former Hampton and Oakleigh locations are closed.

Your conversation with the team
Your initial consultation allows 60 minutes. Your nurse will discuss your concerns and relevant history, assess suitability and explain the options, risks, costs and next steps. Ask for clarification whenever you need it.
A consultation does not commit you to treatment. It is fine to take time to consider the information, ask further questions or decide not to proceed.
Booking details
The consultation is complimentary. A $20 booking deposit applies, credited towards treatment or refunded if you attend and choose no treatment. Check the current cancellation terms on the booking page.
