Who cares for you at the clinic.
The clinic is led by Melia RN, an AHPRA-registered cosmetic nurse who trained in Canada and brings a decade of Melbourne cosmetic nursing experience together with a background in neonatal intensive care. She works with a small Plumerian team of AHPRA-registered nurses. Your care is delivered by someone on the Plumerian team who knows your file, never a rotating roster.
What we help Highett clients with.
Every plan starts with a complimentary sixty-minute consultation. Highett clients often visit for softening of expression lines, subtle volumising, skin bio-remodelling and collagen-stimulating therapies for early ageing, medical-grade skin needling for texture and acne scarring, salmon DNA skin repair, and platelet skin and scalp therapy. Nothing is discounted or upsold.

Do you take walk-ins?
We strongly prefer bookings. The clinic runs a busy schedule and appointments protect the time and privacy of a proper consultation. Walk-ins can occasionally be accommodated when space allows, but calling ahead is best.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
The clinic is on the ground floor. There is one step at the entrance and a Press for access doorbell beside the door. Ring it and one of our team will bring out a portable ramp so anyone using a wheelchair, walker, or pram can come in comfortably.
Who will I see at my appointment?

What happens at the first consultation?
About forty-five minutes. We talk before we treat, what is bothering you, what you have tried before, and what you would like to look and feel like. Then we walk through options, costs, and timing. There is no pressure to book on the day. You leave with a plan, not a procedure.
