A 45–60 minute consultation with one of our Registered Nurses. We’ll listen to what you’d like to refine, assess your skin, and walk you through the treatment options that may suit you. If you’d like to proceed with treatment on the same day, we can often do this during your appointment.

Reschedule with care
You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations may incur a small fee, however we’ll always contact you by text before processing any charges.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A $20 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your deposit is fully refundable if you reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice.
The only exception is short follow up appointments for existing clients lasting 15 minutes or less, which do not require a deposit.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule any consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any fee. To reschedule, click the link in your booking confirmation text/email or contact us directly on 0427 916 263.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Street parking is available immediately outside both clinics. At our Oakleigh location, there is also a 2 hour council car park located approximately 50m up the one way street before the clinic.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
You can use the booking system on behalf of another adult, but every client must attend their own consultation. We don’t treat anyone under 18, and we apply considered judgement for clients of any age.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Just yourself. If you take any prescription medication, please have a list ready, as some medicines may affect treatment suitability. If possible, please arrive without makeup, however this is not essential.
I can’t see a time that works — what do I do?
Text 0427 916 263 with the day and time you’d prefer and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We sometimes have last-minute availability that isn’t shown in the booking system.
