Every first visit is a considered 60 minute consultation with Melia RN or one of the Plumerian team of Registered Nurses.
BOOKING TERMS
What to know before you book.
Booking deposit. A $20 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your deposit is credited toward your treatment on the day of your appointment, and is fully refundable if you reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Review appointments for existing clients do not require a deposit.
Cancellation and rescheduling. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation text. Same day cancellations may incur a small fee, however we will always contact you by text before processing any charges.
Bookings within 24 hours. Please text or call 0427 916 263 to check availability for same day bookings.
