Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
A consultation is included with every first visit. We talk through what is bothering you, what you have tried before, and what you actually want to look and feel like. There is no pressure to go ahead on the day. But if you and your nurse agree on a plan and you are happy to start, treatment can be done in the same visit. You leave with a plan you trust, never a procedure you regret.
Who runs the clinic?
The clinic is led by Melia and the Plumerian team. Melia RN is the founder and lead practitioner, supported by hand-picked AHPRA-registered nurses who share the way we work. Canadian-trained, with a NICU background and more than a decade in cosmetic nursing across Melbourne, Melia personally oversees every treatment plan. The team is small on purpose, because the relationship between you and your nurse matters. Every client is seen by Melia or one of our trusted team, never a rotating roster.

Do you take walk-ins?
The clinic is generally very busy, so walk-ins can rarely be accommodated on the day. If you happen to be nearby, calling ahead is always welcome and we will fit you in where we can. The Bentleigh clinic is designed for unhurried care, and that only works when the day is planned.
