Description

My personal favourite Retinal night cream. A hero anti-ageing formula that pairs a higher dose of Retinal with pigmentation and barrier support, so most skin types can wear it.

Who it’s for

Most skin types, including ageing, sensitive, reactive and blemish-prone skin. If your skin is extremely sensitive, Ultimate A is a gentler starting point. Not for use during pregnancy or while trying to conceive.

Key ingredients

• Retinal 0.1 percent (Vitamin A): supports the appearance of firmer, smoother, more even skin.
• Niacinamide 5 percent (Vitamin B3): supports the barrier and even-looking tone.
• 4-n-Butylresorcinol 0.1 percent: supports an even-looking skin tone alongside Vitamin A.
• Lactobionic Acid 5 percent (PHA): gentle exfoliation.
• Hyaluronic Acid 1.6 percent and Ceramides: hydration and barrier support.
• Bisabolol and Shea Butter: soothe and soften.

How to use

1 to 2 pumps at night after cleansing, as the final step. Start 2 to 3 nights a week and build up as skin adjusts. Also welcome on décolletage, hands and forearms.

Good to know

• Not for use during pregnancy or if trying to conceive. Swap to Enlighten Gold at night during those periods.
• Retinal is naturally yellow and may transfer to fabric. Let it absorb before bed.
• Mild dryness or the odd breakout in the first weeks is normal as the skin adjusts. It settles.
• Daily SPF is a must while using Vitamin A.
